Will Add on cards match the main card?

Yes, we try and match the add-ons to the main invitation both in terms of paper and design.

Can I add extra page /insert in the card?

Yes, in Bulk order process, there is option to buy additional insert. We try and make them in matching with the card or to another insert as already in the card. Should you need diminishing size inserts, mention to the sales department at the time of ordering or to proofing department when proofs are being done.

VAT/GST/PST or custom duty is calculated on what value?

All these charges are calculated on the invoice value that we attached when we send the product. It is billed directly by the courier company to you and has to be aid by you to the courier company itself. For further details email to [email protected]

Do you do PAN India delivery?

Yes we do deliver within India. It takes anywhere between 1-3 days to deliver within India.

Is part delivery possible i.e. some cards to India and rest to one or more countries?

Yes, should wish to send some cards to India and rest to one or more countries than that is possible. In this case please send your order over email. Shipping to each country will be charged separately. In fact you will save lot of shipping cost as compared to other countries, if you are shipping to India.

Can I do a RUSH Order and is there a fee for this?

When you send your order, just put an email that you need the order to be delivered rush. A sales team member will take care of your order immediately. Generally orders for events/wedding with next 2-6weeks are automatically tread as urgent and on priority. We dispatch most of the orders in 3 to 14 days.

As for the charges, we generally try not to charge anything extra for RUSH orders, but if you need very committed and 100% guaranteed deliveries, than it is best to pay RUSH order fee and take a tight and exact delivery schedule. Rush order fee may vary with card code, quantity and can range anywhere between 7500 to 20000. RUSH order dispatch time can vary between 1 to 4 days.

In case we fail on the dispatch schedule of a RUSH order, only RUSH fee will be refunded.

Why is the shipping cost is too high?

International orders, are shipped using FedEx or UPS which are world most renowned companies.  Shipping is based on weight.  For exact details, email to [email protected] with card code, quantity and delivery destination and they will revert back with details.

How do I track an order?

Once the shipment goes out, we send you an email with the airway bill number and website to track the shipments. You can go the website and keep a track on your shipment.

The Shipping information or tracking details are also put in your Login account and it can be accessed by logging to the website anytime.

How to send text?

1) Send text in email in one to 2 days after you place the order.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity is 100. If more than that, then you can place order in multiplication 25.  (EX100,125,150…)

How do I place an order?

It’s very simple:

  • Select the card and purchase the quantity desired
  • Email us the text in MS Word at [email protected]
  • Text proof will be sent within 2 working days

Can I call with questions before I place an order ?

Yes, you can call us during 11 AM to 11 PM . We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

What is the proofing process for invitation wordings?

We will prepare first proof based on invitation wordings sent by you. We will send you proof via email in PDF format for your review. You can use annotation tools in PDF to suggest any changes (or you can send us a Word document with changes). Based on that, we will make necessary changes and send you a new proof. This process will be repeated as required till you finalize the proof. For more than 5 proofs we would charge a nominal fee for each additional proof.

How will you be sending me the cards?

We ship via reputed courier companies such as FEDEX, DHL, Blue Dart and so on across India and internationally. You will receive the airway bill number as well, which you can use to track your shipment.

How long does it take the courier to deliver my order? Can I track my order online?

Once your cards are printed, it usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery across India and 6-7 days outside India. All our invitations are couriered using trusted companies such as FEDEX, DHL and Blue Dart.

Yes, once your order is couriered, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can track it yourself as well.

How will you show me the proofs before printing my cards?

Once you place your order, our design team will email you the proofs of your invitation. You can go through the text online or take print outs at home to proof-read. Only when you’re satisfied with the text and give your final approval over email will your cards be printed.
